Early career
His first song, Soda Whiskey, was released in November 2006. In 2012 he released the single Kar Gayi Chull, which was later adapted into the film Kapoor and Sons.

In 2014 he released Saturday Saturday, which was featured in the film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. In 2015 he released DJ Waley Babu with Aastha Gill, which topped charts and won the Mirchi Music Award for Best Bollywood Track.
